for ISRAEL 8$
Europe 16$

Do I receive a tracking number / Is my order insured during shipping?

Accepted Answer

Original artworks and limited edition prints are shipped insured including tracking number. You receive this number in an additional email once the parcel has been dispatched. Small prints, books, pins and stickers are shipped by regular mail without tracking code.

When placing your order, please allow 6-8 days for us to prepare & ship your items.
 
DOMESTIC ORDERS [ISRAEL]
For all orders within ISRAEL, please allow 3-14 business days for delivery.  
 
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
For all international orders, please allow 10 to 21 business days for delivery. An email will be sent to you as soon as your order is shipped.
However, packages may be delayed due to holidays or weather conditions. If you have not received your items within 30 days of  placing your order, please contact me and I'll figure it out.

My product was damaged upon arrival, what do I do?"

If in the unfortunate case your product does not arrive in a good state, the first thing to do is contact Sigal directly. After having communicated the problem you can return the parcel in the original packaging (if possible), and you will either receive a replacing product (if possible) or a full refund of your purchase. Please note that return shipping costs are at buyer's expense

Sometimes. If I have enough time I can make a commissioned painting for you. Minimum size of a commissioned painting is 30X42cm.
