SHIPPING
When placing your order, please allow 6-8 days for us to prepare & ship your items.
If you must have your item within a certain date, contact us and we can discuss Express Shipping options. Express Shipping costs between 8$-50$ depending on the weight of the package and its destination.​
All illustrations ship flat and unframed, in a hard cardboard boxes.

The price of shipping is determined by your location .
The price ranges are:
for ISRAEL 8$
Europe and USA 16$
and the rest of the world 18$.

DOMESTIC ORDERS [ISRAEL]
For all orders within ISRAEL, please allow 3-14 business days for delivery.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
For all international orders, please allow 10 to 21 business days for delivery. An email will be sent to you as soon as your order is shipped.
However, packages may be delayed due to holidays or weather conditions. If you have not received your items within 30 days of placing your order, please contact me and I'll figure it out.

Please note that I am not personally able to give information about the tax rules of every country. Please contact your local post office if you would like to know more about these fees before you place an order.
***Please note that the buyer is responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'll not be responsible for delays due to customs.

Whilst every care is taken when shipping , post sometimes gets lost or delayed. If you have any concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me and I will try my best to locate your order.
COPYRIGHTS​
Please note that all copyrights remain with the artist. Therefore, purchasing an original illustration doesn’t allow you to use it for commercial, promotional purposes, or exploit it in any way. If you would like to license an illustration, please contact me with details about your project.

RETURN POLICY​

The artwork in its original condition, so please pack it with care. If the item is damaged upon return, I reserve the right to deduct the loss of value from the refund of the Item.​

There will be no refund on shipping fees, transfer fees from PayPal/Stripe and material costs. ​

Post fees is the responsibility of the buyer.

If the Item is returned from abroad (outside of ISRAEL) please mention “return goods” on the import declaration to avoid fees.
